Workplace communication part two
We all experience or witness behaviours that challenge us in the workplace, because of our own insecurities or because someone is having a bad day. Some behaviours may constitute workplace discrimination or harassment. Such behaviours can result in poor patient care or patient complaints, but they can also impact your wellbeing and result in discord among colleagues and teams. We discuss these issues from the perspective of the victim, the accused and the bystander.
