Practice Management Consulting - Schedule 1

Set-up mechanics of stand-alone practice (capped at 15 hours of work);

  • Business plan and budget review (create brief business plan or review existing documents)
  • Position descriptions for staff, decision making matrix (including delegations) and organisation chart;
  • 4 hours of PHub personalisation of policies and procedures in PracticeHub platform;
  • Advise and support set-up of financial handling systems and advise on fee structure;
  • Assist with registration for provider number and PRODA organisation;
  • Create four software document templates including: invoices, referrals, confirmation letters and VBIT template;
  • Support practice management software set-up for appointments and invoicing;
  • Complete pathology and radiology registration and e-results (for up to 10 service providers); and
  • Document administration workflow and practice documents for:
  1. Patient registration/bookings/referral handling;
  2. Financial consent; Internal communications and call transfers;
  3. Handling patient complaints; and
  4. Privacy policy
